I'am an employee of labeck trucking and have never been asked to run illeagal on my hours of service all of labeck trucking equipment is 2004 or newer most of the trailers are 2012 all the trucks that have over 600,000 miles on them have new motors and clutches in them. This driver that has made the complaint was not turning in his paper work and when he did was turning extra miles to be paid which he did not drive the miles he turned in because there was not no way possible he could drive that many miles. This driver also recieved 10 citations that were all driver issues. None equipment issuses which were not reported to the company I found them left in the permit book and turned them into the company I have never not been paid for all work that was done. This employee is homeless and just trying to get somthing for nothing. Also on the money issues this company has been very generous and given me advances to get me out of my own binds.
