If you decide to purchase a Mercedes Home Please reconsider. They do not stand behind their MIstakes! You will be purchasing a home that constantly leaks and be told all homes do that! Your home will develop Mold and you will be blamed for not cauliking every six months, Your outside door will be put on inside out! So anyone can break in! You tiles will crack and your showers will constantly leak! They wont come out to fix the problems and will send letters saying you signed off and were satisfied, Tough luck on you because as soon as you sign your contract They know they are wrong because they include in this contract your not allowed to discuss and problems with anyone! What a concept? They bring you into a contract knowing they are deceitfull! Why would you want to sink your life savings into a home that is not efficient enough to live in and then if you go to sell YOU CANT because you have WATER and MOLD damage! That wont Stop! If there is anyone out there willing to go into a class action suit against Mercedes let me know How I can be a part of it! We even Tried Getting a hold of the owners Mr and Mrs Beusher He named the company after his wife Mercedes Beuscher their located in corporate office down south Florida Mercedes Homes was established by the Buescher family in 1983. Chairman of the Board, Howard Buescher, founded the company The company is named after his wife, Mercedes Buescher. Today his sons and daughters are responsible for the company's day to day operations. Under the Buescher family leadership, Yeah Some Leadership!!!
