I bought a Mercedes from a Mercedes Dealership here in Florida. I put Tele-aide on it and pushed the button and nothing happened after nine monthes of owning the car. Low and behold the car that the Dealership sold me was a stolen car. It took some monthes to get another Mercedes like the one I had. The dealership had gone to E Mbrace from Tele-aide in the meantime. They put it on the car free for three months and then Mercedes sent me a letter telling me it would only cost $299. For as long as I own the car. But they charged my AMEX $289. And said it would cost that each year. I cancelled that as they said the $299. Was for other folks that come from Tele-aide I explained to the man about the stolen car, and he said I would not receive anymore letters or e-mails from Mercedes. I think this is very unfair as I bought the first car in good faith.
