V2 premier. Sucks. I was just able to buy the computer. And then they want you to pay for warrenty to extend after a year. Well first my dvd stop working i worked with support on this and it was never resolved. I have had to do countless restors. On the computer and now the system bord cd is not working right. And they say get the info off the net. Your out of date. Well i tell you this is the worst computer i have ever owned and i want recomend it to any one.
The support staff taks forever to reach and when you do reach them they dont know what they are talking about and they say that some one will call you bull shit. I know one thing i will never buy anythig off the tv again. Just because they have easy set payments dose not mean your getting the best. This computer is crap. And they ought to be put behind bars or made to pay back some of the money they took for putting this bag of junk together. Yes i payed a lot for this. I want make that mistake again. Thank you
