Our PC lasted 2 days, sent one E-mail, then crashed. We have spent a vast part of the last 10 months trying to rectify our problem. We have sent certified letters, dozens of phone calls and spent hours on hold. We have been verbally assaulted by at least two company reps.
In addition to our abuse, cable/internet bills, modem rental fees, our home is littered w / computer parts, crates, monitors, all awaiting shipping lables that have not arrived in months.
In 7 days it will be 1 year since our dreadful purchase and we have concluded that they have been as ignorant as we can handle so we are considering legal action if feasable. It's not so much the $1800.00 as it is the fact that my 70 year old "MOM" is the actual victim.in addition to her financial loss, she feels foolish and stupid for getting ripped off so blatently.
I was nearly shocked when I seen this web site and was reading our own horror story. How do they sleep? How do they get away with these crimes against the elderly, working class and fellow americans?
