S Scammed Defrauded Lied to

Mr David Lenamond principal owner of THS General contractors took 14 thousand dollars from us for services contracted to remodel our house.
He mis painted the outside of the house, did not remodel anything and kept the money.

We have all of the documentation to include the check and all correspondence between us and him. We asked for our money back filed a BBB report to no avail. We went to his house and asked for the money back and he would not do it.

This has been going on since 2006 and we have no ther way to reach out but through Ripoff report and ask that this company be avoided and this company be stopped from ruining the lives of others.
