Months after he finished the remodel, he sued me for not paying him in excess of the contracted amount. Before he sued me, and without notice, he filed a $40,000 lien on my property, which interfered with my efforts to sell the house. His attorney is his nephew and J.P. Claims his legal services are provided for free; so if he doesn't get his way, he sues. It seemed like he and his nephew attorney have a lot of practice scamming homeowners this way. Remodeling a home is hard enough without having to deal with a fraudulent contractor. Skip this guy.
