Lenamond Mechanical
Defrauded my fiance out of 14 thousand dollars

My fiance entered into an agreement with Mr Lenamond regarding an extensice remodel inside and outside od her home. I have witnessed this from June 27th was the original estimate.

We have contacted Mr Lenamond by phone fax and a visit to his home known as Total Home Services. We have asked for our money back and all we receive are unanswered phone calls. A very small portion of the work was done and it was unsatisfactory. Exterior pain is peeling off and is not primed. The fence gate is falling off hinges, no cabinets were orderded no interior work was done.

We have all of the correspondence, the cancelled check and the work orders. We have filed complaints with the BBB. We have issued formal requests for payment. We are apporaching June. Mr lenamond refuses to to give us our money back and will not return calls.
