I have had 3 charges from this company within 1 weeks time in the amount of $399.00. I was able to get a phone number for them from my bank but cannot find a web address or site.
I called the number provided from my bank and they claim my information was entered incorrectly and that they would issue a refund within 72 hours. This hasn't been done. I filed an investigative report with my bank and am now waiting for them to open so that I can go there and dispute this.
I do not know who these people are, but if you ever hear their name, steer clear of them. I would like to know what else I can do to them legally, e.G. Prosecute them or what I can do. If anybody could tell me I would greatly appreciate it.
