CHBA Consumers Health Benefit Asso., With The Karis Group, Vantage American Solutions Inc. They didn't help me, told me to get a bill before the fact knowing well that the hosp wouldn't do it. I gave the hosp info and they didn't do anything. Florida

This company sets you up saying they will help you with medical. They use a variety of groups for some small discounts that don't avail much. I needed surgery they got the doctor bill down but the hospital bill they beat around the bush saying that I needed the bill before the fact. I gave them the hospital and doctor number so that they could get the information. They knowingly let it go telling you to provide an unknown bill to them to help you. You can't possibly do this so they extract the money from you. They change your due date to confuse you and bill you the money. You explain this to them and they hang up on you and all the while not refunding your money.
