Ralph is one of the shadiest, if not the shadiest individual I have ever met. He must not be trusted with any personal information at all.
He has stolen peoples identities in the past in order to obtain cell phones, credit cards, etc under other individuals names.
He should not be trusted by his employer either.
He is employed by TJX Companies who, previously has had trouble with security breaches and peoples credit info being stolen. I would not doubt if Ralph was behind some of those security breaches. He should not even be working for TJX Companies seeing as where he himself has stolen others identities.
He thinks he is above the law and has somehow managed to fly just "below the radar", however, someone needs to step up and put him where he deserves - behind bars!
