Every month I pay my bill via my bank’s online bill pay system 15 days in advance of it being due. My bank sends payments on the 1st of every month. My bill is due on the 15th of every month. However, Comcast deliberately holds on to my checks until after the due date then charges me bogus late fees. This has been going on now for about a year. So this is consistent enough to know that this is no mistake. It is chronic and deliberate. I do not believe that I am singled out, per say, because this is a good tactic to use to make millions of dollars more from consumers. With DISH and AT&T and other companies to have to compete with, I believe Comcast is taking its ire out on selected consumers.
I have documents to back my claim and my bank can back up my statements through its own records. So, there is no way for me to lie about this. Comcast is, however, lying on my bank to extort money from me. They tell me that my bank has not sent them any payments. This lie Comcast is telling must stop and I need your help to make them stop lying and stop taking advantage of consumers. Consumers need to consider a class-action law suit because it makes no sense to do this to only one person when you can do this to many more and make thousands, if not millions of dollars more from people. Check your Comcast bills. You have probably been cheated too. Comcast will try to make it hard for you to prove, but it is very likely they have been doing this for a while... And getting away with it.
