I have a small business (an Allstate agency in Dallas, TX) and use AT&T for my phone service. AT&T has special Allstate account reps that are assigned to me as an agent. USBI switched everything over to their company without my authorization and they are billing me for services that are already provided for by AT&T and have been paid to AT&T by me.
I never once requested to move my service, yet they have changed my service without my authorization and are billing me for it.
Please get them to completely remove any and all charges need to be removed 100%.
