Received recent AT&T bill which included subtle USBI billing. Contacted AT&T who refused to remove the fraudulent charges or help with contacting USBI. Mandated that we contact USBI as a third party biller and negotiate. Repeated calls to USBI unsuccessful. Auto attendant refers calls back out to local Telco.
Did not subscribe to "Main Street Platinum" plan - whatever that is. After internet searches, "Main Street Platinum Plan" appears, or is reported to be, a parallel long distance company.
Interesting, AT&T is also billing for this while still billing me directly for AT&T for long distance charges -??? I disputed the bill, but AT&T refuses to help us resolve the issue.
