We started a new telephone line for an office in Colorado in March.
In April we were slammed to Silv Communications using a billing service called USBI.
We were billed $37.00 per month approximately until today, December 5 where I had the billing changed back, and all charges disputed.
They gave a bogus name of someone not with our company as the person who 'authorized' the change, and said they gave their mothers maiden name as confirmation. (whatever that has to do with anything).
I will be reporting them to the FCC, though for approximately $300 it's not worth pursuing in court.
Definately watch your phone bills for anything with USBI on it and question it with your phone provider. It's hard to believe that companies like this can still operate.
