My experience with Virginia Swanson has been great. I learned a lot from her. I purchased my first fixer house... The property will sell for 420K after some minor fixes like carpet, paint, and yard work and I attained the property for $340K! And that's not the best part... With some simple negotiations I will get $9K back at close... If I do the repairs myself it will cost about $6K leaving me $3K instantly. And all in all, I am looking at about $60K-$80K profit on this one deal!
