I signed on with Amazing Products in July. I immediately cancelled my membership. They have been promising to send my refund of $231.00 over the last eight months. I have all the correspondense to this affect. "Aaron" is the principal person that I have been communicating with. Before I began communicating with Aaron, I filed a complaint with the BBB. They were neutral so I contacted Greatest Vitamins again.
I have had numerous contact with Aaron since dealings with the BBB and he has promised that I would receive my refund. He sent me an email that he was going to a meeting and would further investigate the status of my refund through their consumer services. This was about a six weeks ago. I have not heard from him since and he no longer replies
