Afni, inc. Attempted to collect $1064.76 by forwarding me by mail fraudulent collection notice in behalf of verizon. When i contacted the company informing them that i never had a phone turned on at that address nor did i have any family there. The rep proceded to read off names i am not famiar with. They had information on past employment, the year i lived there in longbeach; however never at the address they had mentioned. I wll keep the letter head forwarded by them 4 future action to be taken. The name i use to utilize before my legal name change was bruce givens and this is the name the afni, inc. Has filed there fraudulent collection claim against me under.
