I placed an order 1/23/08 and checked status of order 1/30/08... The only way to communicate is "LiveChat".. Never live. Will reply later with email. "We are behind due to big christmas sale. Be patient." They sent me an email 2/7/08 stating. "a partial order has been sent via USPS, track your shipment here." There is no shipping info listed on account status page, there is no info at all listed. As of 2/26/08, nothing! I have left several "LiveChat" emails and they have stopped replying. I went to website and searched for a phone number to reach them. Not one listed. Looked them up on yellowbook. Nothing listed. They have a mailing address listed, it is a PO Box. I'm reporting them to BBB and filing report here. What other suggestions you got?
