On march 9 I ordered 6 boxes of tea and got a confirmation #. On May 9, I got an e-mail stating there was an error in processing my payment and they had cancelled my order.
On May 10, I re-ordered and got another confirmation#, and was told the order was approved and shipment processed successfully.
On June 17 my bank account was charged for the amount of $38.92. I went to USPS track and confirm electronic shipping info. They had received notice of intent to deliver only. Status info will be provided if and when it becomes available.
That was the last I heard. The USPS sight still says the same thing.
When I tried to contact postal bay, the company that ships for them, I got no response from my e-mail. And the phone number listed for them was not in service.
