Bcp sales, inc. Told me they had item - But did Not - Would Not Allow Cancellation

I ordered a Recording King metal resonator guitar. Gave my CC info. Within one day, their web info listed the order as final/shipped and it could not be changed. The purchase amount is deducted from my balance. A week passses and no guitar. I check my account and the money was put back. I get an email stating the guitar had been promised to someone else. (This was a $500 new production model, not a special order). They MIGHT have one in a couple of months.
So I email and ask the status of the order; the website says I cannot change the order. No reply on the email. I call the number and get a message as there is no way to get a human. I leave a threatening message. Two minutes later I get an email stating that the order was still open and they will send it to me whenever they get it.
I'm thinking, what will they do with my account? I email back and ask how I can cancel the order. No reply. Nothing. Still nothing.
So here I am.
