I recently moved 2 cell phones from Sprint to T-Mobile due to poor service and lack of international roaming. They bagged me with $400 in cancellation fees for the last 3 weeks of my contract.
They also claimed 2 plan changes... Placing phones on vacation hold when we left the country, and when we returned to active lines on return!!
