I received a call from Mark Fellman of Options Financial Services. He offered me a $5000 loan under the same terms of the last writer on here. This was last night (2/20/08). He offered me 3 options: I pay $489.36 which is 3 payments up front or a car for collateral or buy an insurance policy for $449.98. He gave me a fax number to fax in id, paystub, and proof of residence.
It all sounded kind of shady so I went on your website this morning and found other people who had dealt with this person and got ripped off.
Thank you usacomplaints.com. I certainly won't be faxing them anything now. I will be giving him one call however. I intend to give him a piece of my mind.
