I tried to set up a new phone with them and they told me i needed a co signer, and to have my dad call, so i did, they set up a phon eis his name an dnot in my name, i complained about it and they cancelled the phone, and aoplogized, now i have a bill of 80.00 for a phone i had 7 days and didnt use... Called the company spoke to sara reynolds and teresa rosella
very rude and would not transfer me to an manger.
They are saying i used the phone when i did not and requested a credit they are giving me the run around after they lied to me and said the phone was in my name...
Do not buy from this company!!!
They lure you in with a slae for the phones at ushopwirless.com... The sale neever ends and they have it as though it ends weekly!!!
