I get numerous phone calls from Drive Financial reps and they tell you if you are not able to make a payment now, then make a post-dated check payment in order to stop the fees and charges from accumulating. I've had fees and late charges amounting to almost another car payment. It keeps me from ever getting ahead and I continue to accumulate these fees and charges month by month. The fees and charges are never outlined in my invoices as to how they arrived at these amounts. I'm absolutely furious. I paid $300 in late fees in one month and the following month, only 10 days after my due date, I was told I owed yet again more than $300 in late fees and charges. I was indeed outraged. Please help me to get some type of resolve from this company. My contract with them expires in 2011 and I want out without having my car repossessed.
