If the class action suit is still pending I would like to be a part of it. This company needs to be stopped.
If a payment is one day late getting to them you will get as many as 10 to 15 calls a day all coming from different numbers. If you tell them that the payment has been sent either by mail or by electronic banking they will try to get you to make a second payment.
If you make payment arrangements with them they will continue to charge late fees of $15.00 per day until the payment is in their offices and credited. On one occasion I sent a payment to the address on the envelope they sent me and they called 5 days later (the day after the payment was due) and said they had not received the payment. When I told them the address I had sent the payment to they said that that address no longer took payments and it would take at least 10 more days for the payment to get to the correct office. They then suggested I make a second payment over the phone and when I said no they told me the late charges would continue until the payment posted to my account and that they would continue to call me several times a day.
