Trying to purchase something from Bits & Pieces is the worst purchasing experience I have ever had.
I purchased 3 puzzle boxes the first of December so I would have them in for Christmas. My card was charged immediately. A week before Christmas I was worried so I started trying to contact them. They do not answer the phones, ever. They have the same recoring every day.
As for emailing them, I have yet to get an answer from one of my letters to them.
After the new year I started searching on the internet and discovered they had several companies and I was able to get one of the other compaies on the phone and they emailed me to say that my order had been shipped out on the 11th of December and I should have gotten it. Have not recieved it as of yet.
I have several emails from from them all stating shipment on a different day. One of the even had a different order number on it.
I am still waiting. Maybe they will arive by next Christmas. I will not hold my breath. I'll call this an expensive learning experience and remember thier name.
