Do not, do not, do not utilize this business! Worst ever used
Requested in December, certain Holiday delivery.informed 12/22, Saturday, via mail that shipping promise could not be fulfilled because of high-volume of purchases. Named quickly to stop purchase but obtained saving to contact during M F business hours. Attempted utilizing their live internet customer support but was informed same task. Somebody was focusing on Sunday to be able to send the e-mail! Discovered email address in touch data and sent mail.
Obtained items 1/7/08. Attempted to contact to obtain it delivered back t/free. Was placed on prolonged store, subsequently informed that because of large phone amount the phone call would not be responded and informed to call-back after 6:00 P.M. Hill period. Did and got a note to test again. Attempted today and obtained same run-around.
