Connecticut testing for emissions is a big riboff for the people in the state of Connecticut. If your car failed emission test you have to go back to the same testing center even if you do not live or work in that town. They refuse to let you go to other centers with the proof the you had the emission done without paying other $20. However, this Agbar Technologies is having so much problems with there software and equipment.
Is it fair to the tax payers of Connecticut to pay for services that are not any good And then can not get your fee back or go to a different testing center with proof that you had it done without paying another $20. Is that fair! I would say not. Connecticut is a rip off State with all of its problems within the state. Can they do anything right!
