Pharmazone Labs must be stopped. Just like all of the other stories. I responded to an advertisement in the San Diego Tribune and Clear Channel Radio. On 9/19/08 I called Pharmazone Labs to inquire about the free sample advertised in the San Diego Tribune for my boyfriends birthday. They explained the sample was $9.41. Then they offered to sell me more at a discounted rate of $48.73. I declined and said " let us try the trail sample first and we would call back if interested." He persisted and I continued to say No. Then he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Carol and she assured me nothing else would be sent or billed to my credit card.
On September 30 to my surprise Pharmazone Labs caused my bank account to be overdrawn by unauthorized charges of $48.73 and $1.14 I called Olivea @800-770-8158 and she assured me that they would pull the tape recordings and verify my claim and get back to me within two days. I called again on 10/7/08 no response. They are not answering the phone, so I called the order desk @ 1-800-926-6139 to state my claim again and they said "they explain to every caller that the free sample is followed up with an order within two weeks unless you cancel within three days of ordering the sample." Liars, Liars, I was hung up on they never explained this to me and the tapes will prove it.
Pharmazone Labs must be stopped. I urge eveyone involved to file a LAW SUIT against them, meanwhile cancel your cards, call your bank and file a claim NOW.
