On August 6 I ordered 3 Vick chew toys from the website. The payment was received by them that day. Weeks later I get an eamil stating they will have to delay shipping because of NFL licensing.
I send another email weeks later requesting shipment date and get automated responses redirecting me to the website stating all the information I need will be there.
I go to the website and of course find another dealy tactic stating they ordered from a new vendor and will have to wait please be patient.
Little did I know at this time my rights to dispute are running up and I sit back thinking I'm cool because I'll be one of the first to get this stupid toy now that I've been such a good customer and waited patiently.
I start sending multiple emails requesting a new ship date cause I still have nothing!!! In return I get... You guessed it... Nothing!!!
I try to dispute through websites and paypal and my credit card company and it is all to late. We need someone to find this Jaime guy and treat him like the chew toy my dog has been waiting for.
I still have no money no toy!
