Money is being withdrawn from my checking account without my permission

I noticed in Nov that this company removed $14.95 from my checking account. I do not know what their services are or what they do. I have tried several times to contact them to stop and have been unsuccessful.

I notified my bank regarding the stealing, she advised me to report it and prosecute ASAP. I did not at any time give them permission to withdraw money.
