I ordered and paid for two (2) vick dog chew toys back on August 7th. Due to "production problems", the items were delayed and supposed to be shipped out the end of October. I have been trying since November 6th to find out where my items are. The only email response that I receive is either 1) Please be patient, they are being shipped out and to see the press release from late October or 2) their business hours are mon - fri from 8-5 est (my emails are all sent after 9m est. Or, I get no response whatsoever. I have been requesting for two weeks now for either delivery information or a refund. I have received neither. Paypal will not help because a dispute has to be submitted within 30-45 days. Showbiz Productions has made sure that it is way past that time frame. Help! I guess I am just out the money???
