The same thing happened to me. I ordered an iPhone case on 12/29/07. I was charged immediately. As of today, 01/07, the merchandise has not been delivered yet and their Web site only shows "ordered" (but not shipped or a tracking number). When you call their number, a recorded message tells you it's been changed. When you call the new one, the line is either busy or nobody answers. No voicemail (you can't leave a message). I have also sent e-mails, but to no avail. No sign of a legitimate business anywhere.
I have filed a complaint (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) and all of us should do the same. Looks like this is a "ghost" company once you've paid. Stealing is a crime (regardless the amount) and they should pay for it. Who knows how many of us have been fooled and taken in by these crooks.
