I was chargeed two payments on a product I didn't receive and now have found out this company is bankrupt

I made payment to this company under order number 1145031087 on 11/01/07 - 4:39PM. Since this date, I have been charged twice for the product that has not been provided. I now know this company is in bankruptcy.
