Paid for gift cards - did not receive

I ordered gift cards from otartel before with no problems. I placed an order on 11/6/07 & 11/11/07 and did not receive the gift cards. The checks were cashed around a week after they were received. An e-mail inquiry was not answered & now the web site is down.
