NCO Financial Systems - Chase Assignee Of Prov
Collector Demands $7,750.07 on Debt From 1992 Never Heard Of

Yesterday, I received an ominous envelope from NCO Financial Systems, Inc. for a bill for a debt presumably from 1992! They want 7,750.07, but "they are willing to give me half off", Nuts!

I've never heard of the credit card they say it's from, which is a "Chase Providian".

First of all, all these years, nothing was ever on my credit report matching this, very weird.

I think it is a scam and I am going to the district attorney's office.
