At Izenda, I sit at my desk in the back and watch everything. This company hires minority and treats them like crap. I'm not minority, but that doesn't matter as I'm treated unfairly myself.
Izenda is a start-up company that specialize in a weakly performing reporting tool. I've seen them hire the younger college students and bring them on as "interns" to pay them dirt cheap hourly wages;while they piled up enough work for five people to excute. Izenda's office envirnoment is boring and strange-like.
Izenda hire college students and "spice" up their job responisibilities and then the poor kids realized that everything was a hoax and feel like maybe a camera-man is going to come out of nowhere and say, "You've just been punked" or something like that, because what the interviwer relayed to you & what you actually experience is unbelievable. That's how they did me & are still promising me bonuses with nothing in writing.
Izenda employess about 7 live employees and half are considered the management team, for which many of them have prior commitments and Izenda is probably just a source of easy income. Therefore, they really don't care about how the company is operating.
Izenda employees come in and work about 2x days out the week and provide the small staff with limited resources and poor direction for you to follow. Then, when you seek guidance from someone else at Izenda, no one knows the answer and tell you to "google" it.
Izenda CEO is Indian. He's very short and corny. He has toys stragically placed around the office, like the office is a big "toy box". And If you listen to his conversation with prospects and even clients-he's lies about functionalities that the reporting tool CAN'T do, when in reality, he's hangs up the phone; scrambles and harass the IT department to set-up something quick to reflect his lie-just in case the prospect wants to witness the capabilities.
He even lies about references that he doesn't have and pisses off the honest individuals that don't want to support his lies.
He's under the age of 30 & his older employees, especially the Izenda "sales" guy don't even respect his direction as they are over the age of 40 and can't take soft commands from him as they refer to his as "the baby".
His snake-like traits as well as his Mentor and Vice President of Sales are two indidividuals that you can't believe or trust. Izenda Vice President of Sales is a very loud, inconsiderate liar that likes to feel like he is manipulating the mind of the weak. He's rude and likes to say the meanest things with a smile, but he realized my personality and now stays far from me.
Also, Izenda VP of Marketing is a very old crooner, greasy looking, cigarette smelling man who should be improving his hearing aid instead of lying to consumers about a weakly performing reporting tool that cost a heavy grip.
His managment style is to make you feel like "he's on your side", when in reality, he's along with everyone.
On top of that, the reporting tool is not even close to innovative as Izenda market & promotes it. You could make this tool from home by using Microsoft Access & Microsoft Excel. I'm still with the company until year-end, but I just don't think it's fair how they use & abuse the younger genernal, because I have kids in college.
I worked from home for a while and did some independent work and it turned boring as I wanted to be around more people, so I accepted this job, but it's not worth it. A big office with little or no business coming in made my job easy, but the deceptive personalities that I witness aren't something that I can go home and look in the mirror at myself and feel happy about.
Izenda L.L.C, located in Atlanta, Ga between Spring Street and on Fifth Street and on the 2nd floor, is not the company for anyone to work at as it's consumers will quickly find out the truth and become disinterested and feel deceived.
