I myself have also been a victim of unethical treatment from JB Dollar Stretcher Magazine, and, was also informed from previous clients about unethical behavior from upper management.
I requested a meeting with the Viice President in Ohio, Owners, and Human Resources to discuss my concerns. My request was denied, instead I was terminated by a phone call, from the Vice President of the Detroit office. He advised me he was terminating our relationship due to lack of sales.
Unfortunately, I did not sell anything in the short time I was there (2 days part-time and 19 days full-time), however, had a wonderful pipe line going with a lot of potential. I previously had seven years experience in this field and was holding back because they had not delivered to me what they had promised.
There were incidents that occured where management was in competition with their employees. There was no mentoring, or a positive environment, instead employees worried about what was being taken from them. I feel that this is very unfortunate for everyone. Times are difficult enough and no-one deserves to be treated the way that JB Dollar treats their employees, and some of their clients. Documentation available
