I was looking through the Penny Saver for a new job when I came accross
"Looking for people to fill in for office" and then the number, I called the, reseptionist took my name and number and told me that a manager would call me to set up and interview a few hrs.
Later some one did call me "Donavan Mabry" he said he was the manager and asked me if I could come in for an interview that same day at 4pm so I did I went to an officce on the corner of AHAHEIM & PCH the building said it was Cambbriged Home.
I had been ther before years ago (not related) I parked my car in the lobby like he said took the elevator to the 6th flor went through a door called "The Penthouse" I was in a room with 4 doors all closed and one desk some chairs I singhned in and "Donavin" greeted me he took me and Albert another person looking for a job and went throug our "application" with questions like what makes us a good employee and such. Finaly the 10-15min interview was over at the end he explained a bit about the company founded by "Larry Hahan" the $30K and that they were looking for Manager to fill in for 15-20 new offices that they were opening soon. That there would be a 6-8 week traning and we would get paid that origanaly the traning was 6mon but was cut doun because it was slowing the groth of the company. He ended the interview by saying that someon would call me from 5-6pm with an answer.
Later that night some one did call "Vincent Oaxaca" he told me that "Donavin" was verry exited when they came to my application that he wanted me on the team, ofcource I felt flatered He scedueld me for a next day 2nd intreview at 11am he said to bring a note book and dress to impress that the interview would late form 2-3hrs.
The next day I went back to the address dressed to impress w/my note book ready to take notes, and as time came close the small "waiting room" filled up with 25 people, Musick was blasting from one room "regeton & rap" they finaly took us all in to that room filled w / chairs and whiteboard. "Victoria" (Victoria Rangel, Manager) explind to us that only the most attentive would get in, to be sharp to take notes because "Donavin" like that.
"Donavin" came in started telling us the same thing; they were looking to fill in manager positions that the salary was $30k it would be 6-8weeks paid traning, The company was founded by "Larry Hahan" he talked bout how he didn't care if we had a criminal record or how much or less experienced we had, how he too had gone to college graduated but no one would give him the time of day untill he met "Donny Zinkin" (Division Mngr.) He told us how great the company was how much money we'd make. Then one by one Application he'd make questions like "what sets you appart from the rest" and "Victoria" would come in take those people 3-4 until finaly ther were 15 people in the room Me offcourse.
"Donavin" asked do you want the good news or the bad news, ofcoures we all answered the bad, "Well the bad news is I wont be seing you monday, the good news if Victora will be seeing you Monday for your orientation;"
I got the job or so I thought but still nothing seemed right I wasent getting enough infromation about the company and what it did. This seemed too good to be true, "the keys' the 30k owning a pice of the companey it just was not right... Lucky for me I followed me instincs and googled LARRY HAHAN and found this all a lie. I want to thank those befor me for puting up the warning
