I never authorized, subscribed to, or accepted any service of the OAN Services, Inc. I never called the number alleged 101-515-8000 on my Verizon bill. I am a Nurse who works at night shifts 10:42 PM - 07:12 AM, so the time of the alleged call is a complete fraud Oct 29, at 10:40 PM. Secondly, I do not have long distance service on my telephone, so there is not reason to inquire about a 1-800 number at the time that I am at work.
I called today, November 26 at 09:54 am to Verizon, spoke with Nathan, and explained that the charges were fraudulent. He transfered me to OAN Services.in OAN, I spoke with Kim, Agent 82295.
She told me that it takes to one to two billing periods to credit my Verizon account.
I am writing my formal complaint today as well as to Public Sercice Commission, Pinellas Country Consumer Protection, Better Business Bureau, General State Attorney, and FCC.
The fraudulent company is located in 7441 John Smith Dr., San Antonio, Texas 78229, where ACI Billing Services is located. I hope that authorities do something about that.
