Erroneous charges for call to 101-515-8000. No one was home at the time, we were at my parent's for Thanksgiving weekend. Attempted to call the 2 numbers listed for OAN Services on Verizon bill. One number rang non-stop, no answer. Attempted to call the other number was placed on hold/musak for at least 40 min. Each of the 4 times I called over a 2 week period (160 minutes)*.
On first call to Verizon was told there was nothing they could do. Would put "claim" on my account so "Finance" wouldn't attempt to collect.insisted on a credit - rep. Refused, said there was nothing she could do. Called back, spoke to different rep who credited my account.
Also, filed "informal" complaint with Pennsylvania PUC. Advised 2nd Verizon rep I was planning to do so & quoted PUC website. He immediately credited my account.
