B3k usa, inc. Is company that exports and distributes Pulse electromagnetic field therapy devices around the globe. The company rental program is to enable customers to try it out first. 2 devices were shipped to Steve Kwok who signed and faxed the contract for 8 weeks. After receiving the devices, Steve kwok filed a chargeback. His reason was: "not received the devices". Paypal notified the company of the charge back. The company immediately provided the proofs that Mr. Kwok received the shipment.
Visa Bank of America decided to decide in Steve's Kwok's favor. Steve Kwok had a business address, yet, the money was in my company's account.
A few months passed, as Paypal withdrew the money out of my account: reason: There is nothing they can do. Paypal way out is: "Address was unconfirmed". That would justify - not transferring the funds at the beginning of this sale. But, if the money was transferred, means the address was not the problem. The attempt of Mr. Kwok to keep the products and the money - that was the idea. Had Paypal make the slightest attempt to show Visa Bank of America, that the guy has the products, yet uses the dirty trick to get it for free. But, this is paypal's summery of the issue:

This is the way to enhance attorneys prosperity, and the thieves good business as well. After all, we are just one business and paypal is doing fine.
Why not just reaching into the account in debate, take the money out, sooth Visa Bank of America, make the thief happy, wash their hands, and... Only one customer is left unhappy. What is $7,000.00 for Paypal? A drop in the ocean. What can the customer do? Write off the products, write off his money, and "accept" that it is a David and Goliath war. No, I think every one can fight even these monsterous as eBay and paypal. All we need is just determination to stop this corruption. This is a good platform to expose it, and may be help even many other people who were robbed not by the small thieves but, by the big thieves - the credit card system.
