PayPal held my money for 3 weeks after the sale of an item I sold on eBay. PayPal gave me the runaround 3 different times, so I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office where PayPal is located. I got my money in short order after that! PayPal is owned by eBay, and they had better get their act together real soon, or a lot of people across the country are going to have bumper stickers that tell the whole story about eBay and PayPal. It will not be good public relations for eBay or PayPal. That may become a fact!
