My company distributes Pulse Electromaagnetic therapy systems. We accept credit cards, since we work globally. Mr. Steve Kwok ordered two devices and filled out a rental contract for 8 weeks. We shipped the devices to Mr. Kwok and charged his credit card as agreed via contract he signed. It was Visa Bank of America. Right after Mr. Steve Kwok had received the shippment he filed a chargeback. Paypal, the credit card processor tried to help my company to ecover the $5,500 but... Visa BAnk of America decided in favor of Steve Kwok. He claimed not have received the shippment. The Mailroom manager reported that he signed, as usually the DHL shippment, called Mr. Kwok who came right away to pick the shippment up. This is not just a chargeback. It is a true scam and theft. Visa Bank of America will help our cons, thieves and frauders to have an easy and comfortable life. How ever, those who want to perform honest business will have to suffer and loose their battles. Thank you Visa Bank of America for being on the same level and value platform as the scum of our society. Why not? If it serves Bank of America Visa business? Then, who relly carres about the damage to the American Business and economy?
