On december i bought a car and finance thru drive financial for $13,000 i was never late with my payments until i got laid off from work on june 12 for 2 months. I was late one month then, i received harrassing and threatening phone calls everyday. They wanted me to borrow money from my relatives or banks and make that payment thru money gram or western union. If they don't received the payment the next very day, that my car would be repossessed and it would cost alot of money to get it back and they would ruin my credit. Good enough, my credit is now ruin by drive financial. I've talk to almost everyone from drive financial concerning making a lower payment of $300.00 out of $388.23 which is my actual monthly payment. I've explained to them that i'm on the hardship making $10.00 an hr. 40hrs a week and i have a family with 2 little girls and all i can afford is $300.00 a month. Drive financial told me that "that's your problem and not ours, you need to get the money in full payment of $388.23 now or else". Ever since that happened, this company would call my work, my cellphone and home phone everyday including sundays seven days a week. On september i've report them to consumer affair. Even today, they would call twice a week and ended up arguing and yelling at me about payments. My question is: are this people getting paid good money to just harrassed people on the phone?
