Continuation to my report filed on 11/13,
before the end of october i received a call from drive financial investigator concerning whereabouts the van so that they can pick it up and get it towed. I've also informed him of the location of the van in california/mexico boarder with engine gone bad and transmation. My wife love that family van. I've explained to the investigator of drive financial that i can only make $300.00 monthly payment so that i can have that van fix i don't make that much money. But, my wife and i is very good when i comes into budgets besides i can always get a part time job to sacrefice to get the van paid for and until i get that better job on january back in san diego. He then told me that drive financial can't take any partial payments and they can't help me at all. The next very day, i thought about how drive financial ruined my credit 6 months before that? I just decided to gave up the van, they can tow that van from san diego to texas. I don't know how they are going to sell it due to engine and transmission, shop told me that it would cost $9,000 including new trans. If drive financial are willing to help their customer and if even partial payments of a car if family can't afford to pay the full amount until he or she get back on their feet. I'm sure there is so many ways to get around it without conflict and besides they stil makes money for people whom apply for car loan everyday it's not like they are not making money at all, harrassing phone calls, threats etc. Need to stop. All of this can gave a company a bad reputations and loss customers or even close the company down. I was thinking about filing a lawsuit against this company. Please help me. Thanks
