Just like everyone else, trying to rebuild your credit is difficult enough - but when you run across the scandalous companies such as this one, things were fine I sent in my denials letters for my refund which was taken out of my account in August - I spoke with a woman named Pam back in October told me 4-6 weeks should have refund - THEN - all I was trying to do was inquire on the status of my refund, their phones were down for days 727-596-8705.
GET A LOAD OF THIS - A woman named Shannon/Sharon left me a message saying she received my letter and left me this number to call her back 727-596-4675 - That is someone's home number... Went on White Pages.com to confirm number yes this is a residential number. So I kept on calling the number listed above (8705) - NOW number just rings all the time. I dialed 727-555-1212 and the number they have listed for National Consumer Services is 727-581-8030...
Someone needs to do something about this - I mean I has glad someone contact me but to leave a bogus number and their main number no one answers after phones being busy for almost a week! They need to be stopped.
