Like the previous person reporting Andrew Chu, I experienced nearly the EXACT same scam. I, however, have been able to gather an enormous amount of documentation and information on Andrew Chu, concerning his fraudulent business dealings, as well as other illegal activities he has been involved in.
I will be contacting the Idaho State Attorney General's office, as well as Local Law Enforcement Agencies, within a week and starting the Criminal Investigation Process.
Please do the same if you have ANY information that can be helpful in holding Andrew Chu accountable for the crimes he has committed.
