Theres a branch manager in Fayetteville, Nc that ran the mortgage company family first mortgage co. Their building is not there anymore. He and his friend jason spencer got together to buy a home that was foreclosed on then declined our loan. Jason worked their as the loan officer and sales rep, andrew was the manager and his wife ran the real estate side. Jason took our deposit, kept it and let andrew deny our loan. We got a house later. Linda didnt do much but harrassed our friend when they tried to call for answers. We reported andrew to the commissioner but since he was a part of a larger company they couldnt do anything about it. Im happy to know he got in trouble. Jasons a worm. They shouldnt be working anywhere. We ask that the commissioners take their licenses away. They prey on the weak. I read the report last night then saw all the crap they are doing. Their fate came around. If they are still making loans, STAY AWAY they are crooks. They will deny your loan and kept your money too even if you have good credit
